Keep walking the talk – Put love into what you do!
The Key to Peace
Maybe a key to peace is settling down appreciate what you have where you live your current lifestyle. Take inventory of what you have who’s in your circle is your health good?
We struggle when we are always looking at what isn’t there, how about changing that story and be grateful for what your live is right now.
I give this advice as someone who was struggling with her daily life. Having debt and feeling lost within my circle was a contributor. I may not have thousands in the bank but I’m doing pretty good.
I don’t regret my past lifestyle moves they happened to get me here. I really do feel at peace these days. A simple life that it is. Deep down in my gut I’m not struggling or living in fear of not doing something right with my life. I’m here now my garden awaits me, the beach is in reach once again. This feeling of accomplishment comes as I sit here writing in the morning dog beside me coffee in hand.
You are responsible for the change you seek with your daily life. It’s hard scary and lonely at times that is for sure. There are sad times for me still but then I change my perspective and actually smile and know that life is good.
Maybe it’s when you realize that you have less years ahead of you than you do behind you. Life becomes short and dam it the next ten, twenty years for me will be spent in my new found peace and love for myself. #revolutionaryicons

For me writing down my dreams, ideas, ‘power’ words and phrases has helped me to get out of my own way. My internal world comes to life. Move along from your hidden shadows. Sit still, Muse About your days. Write about the reflections of your day.
Write it as a memoir, write out the dialogue of your day.
